I used to go to the Kay Jewelers at the Coventry Mall in Pottstown PA. But they were not taking care of my repairs of my rings. Until I went to the Kay's at the Philadelphia outlets in Limerick PA. They have showed kindness and compassion when I was frustrated with the other Kay's. The sales staff at Kay's Limerick have shown me and my husband trueness and a willingness to help to make it right. The staff is very courteous and always asks how we are doing. I totally recommend this Kay Jewelers for your jewelry needs.

The service that I received today from Maryann and Beth was excellent. I was not able to find what I wanted but these two great ladies found me an even better chain than what I was looking for, also they got me approved for a pinky ring ! My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at this store with Beth and Mary Ann! Beth was there from start to finish. Not pushy, but very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very courteous in letting my wife look and try on different rings that she liked. We ended up upgrading her engagement ring and buying her fist pair of real diamond studs! Happy wife happy life so we are very happy. This store is always a great experience, and the staff is awesome! Both ladies were amazing and super helpful!
